Saturday, April 21st

  • 8:00 - 9:00 am - Power Yoga
  • 9:00 am - Breakfast
  • 10:30 am - 12:00 pm - Creative Arts - Express Yourself: Writing / Painting / Dream Boards
  • 12:00 pm - Lunch
  • 1:00 pm - Do-Over: Immune System Building / Detox Methods & Movement
  • 3:00 - 4:00 pm - Cooking Like a Winner
  • 4:00 - 5:00 pm - Walking Trails or Water Aerobics
  • 5:00 pm - Dinner
  • 6:30 pm - Free Time - Fire Pit
  • 8:00 pm - Vinyasa Flow Yoga  

Sunday, April 22nd

  • 8:00 - 9:00 am - Mountain Pose & Mediation
  • 9:00 am - Breakfast
  • 10:00 am - Final Session - Recreating Wellness
  • 11:00 am - Check Out
