Ruth Ann Harrison, CPT, Facilitator

Over 28 Years' Experience in Health & Wellness.

Ruth Ann is a certified AFAA Group X Instructor and a SCW Yoga Level II Instructor. In addition, she is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and IIN Health Coach. She is passionate about working with women and guiding them through self-discovery on how to fuel and move their body so they can create vibrant health and enjoy life to its fullest!

Gentle Yoga ​

This class is designed to relax and refresh by a series of gentle stretches and poses culminating with savasana and aromatherapy to help you unwind and sleep peacefully!

 Healthy Breakfast on the Go

​Breakfast, the most important meal of the day!  How do I insure that I am getting great nutrition to start the day off right when I only have 10 minutes.?  Come learn lots of quick tips to fuel on the run!

Mountain Pose & Meditation 

This early morning class with standing mountain poses and time for mediation and focus will start your day off right!

Power Yoga

This is an intermediate yoga class that will strengthen mind and body.  A combinations of balance poses, cardio yoga, and strength moves will leave you feeling invigorated and recharged

 Vinyasa Flow ​

This class will improve circulation and suppleness in mind and body.  By moving through a series of flow movement, you will increase vitality and improve flexibility.

Calories that Count

Learn how to pack more nutrition in every meal you eat and get ideas on preparation that will keep you on track throughout the week!

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is movement thru life: in and around, up and down, always changing and diverse as the flow of nature. In this class, you will reconnect with nature moving individually and collectively to restore your center of power.

Water Aerobics

Come enjoy the heated pool and get a vigorous workout that is easy on your joints and will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
